OBERNAI is the emblematic collection of the Sarreguemines earthenware factory. Following the disappearance of the latter, the Luneville-St-Clément factories will continue to produce it.
We owe it to Henri Loux, a draftsman and watercolorist from the end of the 19th century. He depicts traditional scenes from Alsace of his time. Using the pretty colors of this region, H. Loux transmits, on these worked earthenware, the joy of living of its inhabitants.
